Servers
 Our sites are all served from stable Linux servers (located in Sydney). All servers are highend rackmount equipment. Inventories of spare components and identical servers are maintained to allow rapid resolution of faults.
Some of the steps taken to maintain reliable server operations include:
- On site inventory of spares for all servers
- 24 x 7 Monitoring of all services with SMS notifications to multiple technicians
- Multi level backup systems (all servers use mirrored HDDs, online and offsite backup systems)
- 100Mbps Ethernet link to PowerTel, 40Mbps link to MCI
- UPS system in place to provide clean reliable power
- Dual onsite Diesel generator is used to supply power for extended outages
- Back to base alarm system
