1. About Vidoni
Vidoni is a suite of apps operated by Daniel Vidoni, based in Sydney, Australia. By creating an account or using any Vidoni app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vidoni apps. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Your account
Your Vidoni account is shared across all Vidoni apps. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
4. Prepaid balance and billing
Some Vidoni apps operate on a prepaid credit model. You add funds to your account balance, and usage deducts from that balance. Your balance is shared across Vidoni apps and is available in your account.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Charges are in USD. We do not store your payment card details.
Unused balance is non-refundable except where required by Australian consumer law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Vidoni apps to:
- Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or billing systems.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent.
- Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain repeated free trials or promotional credit — this is considered circumvention of our billing systems and is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without prior notice.
6. Automated and AI-generated output
Some Vidoni apps produce automated or AI-generated output. Any such output is provided as-is and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other situations where an error could cause harm. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before acting on it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Vidoni apps available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party providers and may be affected by outages outside our control. We are not liable for losses caused by service unavailability.
8. Intellectual property
Vidoni apps and their underlying software are our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using Vidoni apps.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vidoni apps. Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim, whichever is lesser.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of Vidoni apps after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
