Security isn't an afterthought at Vidoni — it's built into how every app in the suite is designed and run.

1. Protecting your data

• Encrypted connections. Traffic between your device and Vidoni apps is encrypted in transit.
• Passwords and security identifiers. Passwords are protected with one-way password hashing. We also use one-way hashes for selected security identifiers, such as reset tokens and device fingerprints, where appropriate.
• Payments handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's payment form — see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how we handle payment and wallet information.

2. Keeping accounts safe

• Access controls. Access to customer information and production systems is limited to what is needed to operate and support Vidoni.
• Account safeguards. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to help protect accounts, sessions, and service activity from unauthorised access and misuse.

3. Monitoring & response

• Review and response. We review security issues and take reasonable action when a problem is identified.
• Report an issue. If you believe you've found a security issue, let us know via the contact form and select "Security issue."
• Ongoing improvement. We review and improve our security practices as the platform grows.
